Effective Communication Principles

Clear and effective communication is important to any relationship.  However, unlike our personal relationships where parity often exists, communication with colleagues, leaders, direct reports, students and patients can be far more challenging.  We will cover basic communication skills, best practices with email and texting and expand to managing difficult conversations, respect, motivation and managing conflict.
